AYPR is the home of Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a style founded by David Kyle that honors the older Ashtanga Yoga lineages of Pattabhi Jois and Larry Schultz. For over 16 years, people have been experiencing the transformational power of this practice here in Puerto Rico since they opened their doors in 2005!
