MHL Custom is the premier facility in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for making surf boards, stand up paddle boards, kite boards, foil boards and everything else that suits our love for the water.
We are equipped with advanced tools and skilled artistic labor to produce the finest boards available on the market. From efficient production to one- off custom creations, we strive to express innovation and artistic creativity.
Our shop is located right on the beach in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Up and running since 2010, it was custom built around our needs and outfitted with the best tools possible including one of the largest CNC board machines on the planet.
Our local area offers a variety of watersports all year round and allows us to test our equipment thoroughly right in front of our facility. There is simply no better way to advance in design and performance than to have everything you need setup in one location.
We work with a variety of techniques including but not limited to Cad designing, CNC machining, hand shaping, hand lamination, sandwich lamination, composite molding, vacuum assisted molding and custom painting.
