Luisa E. ROQUE, an artist in nature, draws since 12 but started her jewelry creation process in 2009 by encountering the lost wax technique or cire perdue thought by Steven Hanna who has been designing jewelry for over thirty years in Santa Monica, CA.
Captivated by this millenary approach, she has kept creating pieces and learning the intrinsic ways of manipulating wax and the art of metallurgy by incorporating metalsmith techniques into her work.
